Terms of Service


We maintain our privacy policy. Academic performance and other relevant information will be kept confidential if such a request comes from the client.


We are trying to make the most convenient class schedule for our clients, using after-hour time in their current schools. You can negotiate class time directly with our office. Requests for classes must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If the request is made later, we will ask for additional payment. We practice the rule of warning about the cancellation of classes at least 24 hours. If you do this later, you will be billed for one hour of the canceled session. Equally, if a teacher warns you about the cancellation of classes in less than 24 hours, then you will have an additional one hour of classes. If the student does not appear in class without prior warning, an invoice will be charged for the full time of the scheduled session. The same scheduling and cancellation policy applies to consultations and our other services.


Payment is made on the selected option in full volume in accordance with the contract. The time spent on classes and counseling is payable if the difference exceeds five minutes. Also, time is paid, which outside the classroom will be spent by our teacher or consultant for such type of work as editing an essay, or editing documents, etc. In some cases, long e-mails or conversations with people involved (parents, teachers, admissions, etc.) can be subject to payment. We are ready to present discounts to our customers for the purchase of our services in the package. At the same time, if you decide to change the teacher or subject, then the rates may change. In addition, the lessons purchased in the package are non-refundable and are suitable for use within one year from the date of purchase. Despite our brilliant track record, we do not provide any guarantees of enrollment in a specific college, as the services provided by Ivy League Education are advisory in nature, and the student and his family make the final decision on the choice of educational institution. Accordingly, the agreed payments are due, regardless of whether or not the candidate is enrolled in the selected college.

Also, we cannot guarantee your results, as the success, assessment and results of the student depend on a number of factors. However, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us — we will be happy to do everything we can to improve our service.


Responsibility of the Ivy League Edu is limited to the provision of services within the selected options. We will try to respond to any of your contact with our office during the working day.
Parents and students are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate information about the academic and non-academic history of the student, including report cards, standard tests
  • Fulfillment of deadlines for the Ivy League Education assigned tasks
  • Performing academic and personal recommendations
